Which ones are bicycle crunches? Are those where you put your knees up and lift your shoulders off the ground, they're kind of fun, in a twisted sort of way.
Kind of - you do that, but you lift one elbow to the opposite knee, and extend the leg on the same side as the elbow. If that makes sense.
They're not exactly fun, but... effective.
