Gut death
The gut death is back, so I'm off to church surgery for about half one. I'm also going to get my asthma prescription updated, as ventolin (salbutamol) doesn't seem to help me much, and get him to check out my bruised knuckle. Well, it was going to be the other way around, but the gut death thing really does need some diagnosin', as it's never been successfully diagnosed. Seems to be linked to my asthma, and to the 10oz steak + meal I had last night. So:

Steak causes gut death, causes asthma attack

On much lighter news, my hair's turned out pretty class, and is only going to get better. Need to corner purplefog to book her for it.

My best guess at the moment is eating too much fat too often. Any fat - like pizza, fried food, steak. I get an asthma attack precicely 15 minutes after having a MacDonalds (which is why I haven't eaten at ANY big chain fast food places for over half a year) and burning pains down my spinal muscles to accompany it.

Aff, I avoid fatty stuff where possible though sometimes I have to give in and go eat junk food no matter the consequances...
I thought lactose might have been a contributing factor to me, but when I cut it out for a few months it made no diff, same with caffine and gluten.

Though being unemployed now I might be able to get the stupidly expencive tests done for free now (was thinking of getting a full allergy screening done, they wanted to charge me last time I asked about it...swine..)..

...and some more pointless punctuation for good luck......,,,,::::....
