Germ Warfare
I'm fairly certain that the London germs are slaughtering fresher's flu in a merciless massacre. Despite this, however, I have a minor cold, and woke up with mild earache. So the Aberystwyth germs are mounting some kind of offensive. Alterntively, the increased defensive activity of my Londoner bacteria is causing it.

It's all happening tomorrow! I'm going to Shrewsbury at 11.30 with a few friends, and meeting my sister, Helen, there. We're bimbling around Shrewsbury until 7.30, when we see Serenity at Cineworld. After which, some more friends turn up to see Serenity at 9.30 , but we go to see Land of the Dead at 9.15. Then some of us will stay overnight in Shrewsbury.

It's going to be ace to see Helen again - I didn't think I was going to see her for another 11 months or so.

Tonight is the first Guild Night for Aberddu Adventures, and I shall have to spend at least some of the night explainding the world in which it is set. Which isn't as hard as it used to be, as I have a beautiful mental picture of the world built up from experience - not only playing, but also talking to past refs. It may, however, take some time. I've got some plot kicking off already, so I'll have something for the monsters to do. I'm also running this Saturday, which should be fun - why am I effectively volunteering to be "Freshers' Ref"?! I guess because I want them integrated as soon as possible, so we can get on with normal running.

The OED word of the day is "supersize". And I'm hungry, so I'm gonna go eat and find somewhere that does passport photos.
