I made it to the gym! My stress management training yesterday inspired me, and I went, and it seems like I basically didn't lose any progress. In 3 months. Not quite sure what's going on there, but it makes me very happy.
The training was good in other ways - it gave some good steps for recognising that you're not reacting to things the way you'd like to, and give yourself a chance to fix it.
I'm not going to commit to working on my project tonight, but if I want to, I will :V
