I need to practice making it one motion (rather than straightening my knees before my hips) but all in all, pretty happy with that!

I reckon you could do now - that's way more than I normally lift. It helps to have someone that knows exactly what they're talking about watching you, so that if you're going to do something stupid they can stop you.

Also they get you to do a really good warmup, were they swap in and out a ton of exercises, running and dynamic stretches.

Although he did say he reckoned I could easily lift more weight, if we hadn't been building up so slowly.
